Alvin Lewis

Alvin Lewis was born on May 28, 1939, to Jerry Lewis and Mary McKenzie. He served in the US Army for 6 years and received his honorable discharge. After he left the Military, he started his career with the Jacksonville Transportation Authority as a bus operator for 34 dedicated years. He received many accolades for his outstanding work performance.

Alvin is preceded in death by both of his parents, Jerry Lewis and Mary McKenzie; sister, Geraldine; a special cousin, Marverline; other relatives. 

 Alvin is survived by his daughters, Denise Dicks, Wanda Lewis and Alesia Lewis; Sons, Alvin Lewis, Jr., and Kevin Lewis; 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; other relative and many sorrowing friends
