Emma Coleman

Emma Jane Coleman peacefully slept away into her eternal rest on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 in Jacksonville, Florida.

She was born on April 11, 1939 in Chocowinity, North Carolina to Rosa Peters and Henry Peters. Mrs. Coleman was a devoted wife of Eddie Lee Coleman for over 40 years. She retired from Robert Bosch as a machinist in New Bern, NC  in 1996.

She leaves to mourn her daughter, Cynthia Peters of Jacksonville, FL; son, Michael Coleman (Cherisse) of Jacksonville, FL; Brothers, William E. Jackson (Norfolk, VA), Melvin Harrison (Greenville, NC), Daniel Harrison (Washington, NC) and John H. Harrison( New Berr, NC); Sisters, Glady M. Ellis (Goldsboro, NC), Rosa Mae Dixon (Vanceboro, NC), Hazel Hill (Indianapolis, IN); six grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; two  great great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many sorrowing friends.
