Ethan Forrest Patrick

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved son, Ethan Forrest Patrick.

After a courageous and hard fought battle with cancer, Ethan passed on September 12, 2025, at just 16 months old.
 

Ethan Patrick was born on April 20, 2024, in Jacksonville, Florida. He was a bright ray of sunshine, with a smile that lit up any room he entered and the most kissable cheeks the world has ever seen. His strength and resilience were an inspiration to many, and his impact to the hearts and lives that he touched will be everlasting.
 

Ethan is survived by his parents, Kenneth and Mary Patrick, his grandparents, Dave and Connie Worley, and Clayton and Amanda Patrick, his aunts and uncles, Anslee Patrick, Zachary Natterer, David Worley and Loren Worley, and cousin, Logan Worley, as well as many other extended family members.
 

In lieu of flowers, Ethan's parents ask for donations to be made to one of the following organizations:
- Child Cancer Fund
- Tom Coughlin Jay Fund Foundation
- V for Victory
- Wolfson’s Children’s Hospital
 

Though Ethan’s time on this earth was short, his legacy will live in our hearts for an eternity. He will be deeply missed beyond measure. We take comfort in knowing that Ethan is being well cared for by his heavenly father, and all his friends and family who have gone before him.
