Joe Louis Singleton, Jr., was born the 4th child to Joe Louis Singleton, Sr., and Marilyn R. Singleton. He attended the local schools of Duval County, graduating from William Marion Raines High School, class of 1987.
After graduating from high school, he established a career with Blue Cross and dedicated 12 years of his service. He later worked for Foot Locker for 14 and most recent Dillard Department Store for 5 year.
Joe was the proud father of 2 children, Krystle Belton and Joe Singleton, lll, co-parent, Anjanette Singleton. Everyone one who knew him, knew that family was important to him. Most of all he loved his children and grandchildren.
On November 10, 2007 Joe found a beautiful young lady Jacqueline Clark and united with her and his life changed forever. He loved her so much, he would video her coming home, cooking meals, trips and even jokes he would play on her. As he moved forward in life, Joe started a Ministry called “About My Father’s Business” nonprofit Organization. Joe and Jacqueline would go out and feed the homeless all over the city. Joe would take his last to make sure the homeless people would have food, blankets and clothing for the winter. Joe was a giver at all times and he would minister to anyone he could. Joe loved the Florida Gators winning or losing. You would see Joe in Gators attire all of the time from head to toe.
Joe was raised in Faust Temple of God in Christ Church in his younger years. He worked hard as a faithful member at Titus Harvest Center under Apostle R. J Washington for many years.
Joe received Christ after hearing a sermon “Give it your best Shot” changed his life under Apostle R. J Washington. After working for the Lord, Joe joined House of Prayer International with his wife and worked faithful until his passing.
