Loretta Williams was born March 31, 1943 in Jacksonville, Florida to Leroy and Carrie Young. To this union were three daughters; Gloria, Delores and Loretta.
Loretta received her education from the public schools of Duval County, graduating from New Stanton High School.
She received Christ at an early age and was baptized at Northside Church of Christ where she held membership.
Loretta married Andrew Perkins and they later established together, Perk and Loretta Soul Lounge. She was loved by so many for her passion to care for others and will never be forgotten. Loretta later married Adel Williams who is now deceased.
She leaves to cherish her memories, two loving sisters, Gloria Dixon (Joseph) and Delores Champion; nephew, Leroy C. Demery; nieces, Valerie Watson, Robin Fleming, Yvette Fleming, Rhonda Fleming and Angel Andrews; great nieces and nephews, Regina McKinney, Reginald McKinney, Rianna Demery, Eltoya Humphrey, LaShawn Woods, Elvis Albertie, Xavier Albertie, Robert Watson, Roland Humphrey, Tara Fleming, Tiara Fleming, Jioni Watson, Jada Watson, Kadidia Watson, Michael Ford and Candice Chatman; Special Friends, Robert, Royal, Nikki, Curtis and C.; a host of other relatives and many sorrowing friends.
