Marlena Ansley was born November 30, 1977 to Lorenzo Ansley and Vernita Ansley (Murrell). She attended Nathan B. Forest High School. Her greatest joy was to help others, which was the reason for her making the decision to become a Dialysis Technician. She was employed at Davita Dialysis Center where she put her heart into her patient care services. She was devoted and truly loved her job and co-workers.
Marlena passed away on March 25, 2019. She leaves to mourn both parents Lorenzo Ansley (Ruby) and Vernita Lynne Murrell (James), son DeAndre Ansley, sister Mia Curtis, brother Marcel Jordan and a devoted and loving companion Wade Dunn, Grandmother Mary E. Adams and a host of uncles, aunts and cousins.
She enjoyed nothing more than family and being a member of the family 3-G Club, which included her female cousins whom she grew up with and whom she identified and her “Sister Cousins” – Nikki Harrell, Stacey Humphrey, Shamika Adams, Dana Johnson, Andrea and Arianne Walker, Ronica and Sherrie West.
She would never forget the love and relationships of her other cousins, Trellis, Netta, Wanda, Arlisa, Tiffany, Tammy, Jessie, Damain, Georg, Antonio, Rj Pompey, Patrick and Derrick.
