MINISTER LISA LORRAINE BROWN was born on July 6, 1968, in Jacksonville, Florida to the Late Bishop Henry Louis and Lady Mary Louise Brown James, Sr. She was the 8th sibling of 12. Lisa attended the Duval County Public School and graduated from Paxon Senior School and continued her education in Childcare Education at FCCJ, now known as Florida State College.
As a Pastor’s Kid, Lisa was fully immersed and engaged within the ministry. She sang with various choirs and as a soloist, Lisa later became the Minister of Music where she attended Restoration Community Church under the leadership of Pastor Kenneth V. and Lady Donnette James, Sr., until the Lord called her home on June 17, 2024.
Proceeding in death are her mother, Lady Mary L. James; brother: Pastor Anthony B. James; Sister, Linda L. Wright; Aunt, Evangelist Hattie Pearl Cooper; Father, Bishop Henry L. James, Sr.
Minister Lisa leaves to cherish her memories: her son, Deddrick C. Brown, one granddaughter Harmony; 2 grandsons Deddrick Jr., and Dion; Siblings, Michael (Debra) Andy, Henry Jr. (Lesha) Ronnie, Evelyn (Carl) Stevie, Christopher (LaToya) Kenneth (Donnette) and Malcolm (Solanica), and one God Daughter, Devin Spikes; She also leaves to cherish her memories a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews great, great nieces and nephews, cousins, extended family and friends, of all whom she loved very much.
