Nathan Lee James was born on October 18, 1958 to Eliga and Minnie James who preceded him in death. He attended Duval County Public Schools.
As a young child, Nathan was a member of Mt. Ararat Missionary Baptist Church where he served on the usher board along with his siblings.
Nathan married Sally who preceded him in death. He was a happy-go-lucky individual who enjoyed life, traveling and spending time with his family. He enjoyed working at Piccadilly’s Restaurant for many years until his death.
Nathan is survived by his beautiful daughter, Jean Lenatter James, four sisters, Mavis James Williams, Linda James Waters, Harriet James Wiseman and Annette James Wilson (Thomas), four brothers, Wayne James, Rodney James (Patricia), Anthony James and David James. Preceded him in death two siblings, sister, Gwendolyn James Cofer and brother, Harold James.
Nathan will be missed by his family, dear friends and associates.
