Patricia Burkes

Patricia Addison Burkes, 77 of  Middleburg Florida peacefully fell asleep in the comfort of her bedroom, surrounded by those she loved. She was born on December 11, 1941, to the late Thomas  and Stella Addison. She graduated from Dunbar High in Green Cove Springs Florida. She later fell in love and remained married to her husband, the late Thomas J. Burkes Jr.  

Together they raised three daughters, Cindy Leavens married to Alan Leavens, Laquetta Clark married to Gary Clark and Nakia Gainers engaged to Hamilton George. 
Patricia is survived by eleven of her fifteen siblings born to the late Mr. & Mrs. Thomas Addison Sr. She has nine grandchildren, four great-grands and a host of nieces, nephews and those who are proud to call her friend. 

She leaves a legacy of love, compassion and tenderness. Her gentle spirit and love for her lord
