Your voice once rose like morning light,
Guiding hearts through darkest night.
With gentle hands and steadfast care,
You taught us love, you taught us prayer.

The pulpit stands, yet feels so still,
The echo fades, but lingers still.
Your faith was strong, your journey true,
And now the Lord has welcomed you.

Though tears may fall, our hope remains,
For heaven’s gain outshines our pain.
We’ll walk the path that you have shown,
Until we meet before His throne.
