Todd Phillips

Todd Phillips was born in Jacksonville, Florida May 20,1961 to Yvonne Smart & Raymond Thomas Phillips.

Todd received his education from Duval County Public Schools where he graduated from Jean Ribault Sr. High class of 1981. After graduating from high school, Todd worked over 40 years in Management at Famous Amos and went on to pursue a career in trucking at Rinaudo Enterprises where he then went into the office as an safety inspector,  he love helping friends & family.

Todd departed this life Thursday, December 19, 2019 at that very moment heaven received a devoted father and loving husband.

He leaves to cherish in his memory his wife Evedia Phillips; beautiful daughters, LaQuandra Campbell (Epesi) & Ericka Campbell, goddaughter Janay James; sons, Deon Allen (Shanin) & Rodrickas Allen; eighteen grandchildren; sister, L’Tanya Wiggins (James) and brother, Kenneth Smart (Karen); Kim & Mable James; a host of aunts, uncles, a very special uncle (T. L. Graham Sr.), nieces, nephews, and many more friends to name.
